1. Ordering and Payment:

  • By placing an order with Ignition Drawing, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the fulfillment of your order.
  • Payment is due upon order placement. Ignition Drawing reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.

2. Delivery:

  • Ignition Drawing strives to process completed orders within two days. However, delivery times may vary based on order complexity and volume.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information during the ordering process. Ignition Drawing is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available within seven (7) days of order delivery. 

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights related to the delivered artwork remain with Ignition Drawing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Website Content:

  • All content on the Ignition Drawing website is the property of Ignition Drawing and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Ignition Drawing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination:

  • Ignition Drawing reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary.
